Are you interested in becoming a member of Team Ektelon? If so, please fill out the sponsorship application form below. If you are currently sponsored by Ektelon, DO NOT submit this form as you will be contacted by your Ektelon Regional Advisor or Team Manager regarding renewal of your contract. 

Our Ektelon Military Team includes Active Duty, Reservists, National Guard and Retirees only so if you fit within one of these categories, be sure to indicate you are applying for a Military sponsorship.

Your application will be forwarded to the appropriate Ektelon Regional Advisor or Team Manager for consideration. Incomplete applications will not be considered for sponsorship.

NOTICE: Applications are reviewed from June 1 through October 31 of each year. If your application is received after November 1 of the current year, it will be filed and considered for sponsorship for the next sponsorship season which begins on July 1 of the following year.  The number of players who receive Ektelon sponsorships each season is limited and therefore not everyone will be accepted.  Be sure to sign up for Club Ektelon to remain "plugged in" to receive our Newsletter and other promotional information from Ektelon.
